It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Leo Oke of Alpena, Michigan, born in Highland Park, Michigan, who passed away on November 21, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Leo Oke; his wife Mary Leah Meldrum; his daughter Martha Morrison; and his grandson James M. Wing. He is survived by: his children, Mary Jo Oke, Kenneth G. Oke (Tina) and Douglas L. Oke; his grandchildren, Stacey Morrison, William Morrison, Kenneth R. Oke and Fraya Okefee; and his caregiver Danell Schaedig. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
