We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2023, at the age of 86, Joseph James Bleau of Alpena, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bleau and Mable Bleau (Johnson); his daughter Laurie Jane Bleau; his in-laws, Frank and Florence Burns; and his siblings, Marie Tiers (James), Mary Maurer, David Bleau, Mark Bleau, Wilber Bleau and Ellen Pahlkotter (Robert).
He is survived by: his wife Laura Mary Burns; his children, Ellen Dohn (Dave), Frank DeLaMarre, Arthur Bleau (Tammy), Bonnie McKenzie (Scot), Joseph Jr. Bleau (Maria), Donna Morgan (Mike), Keith Bleau (Lori) and Jerry Bleau (Karie); and his siblings, Willioeoma Roznowski, Joan Burns, Margaret Kamyszek (Alfred), Barbara Agius, Linda Metz (Robert) and Catherine Houghton. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, thirty-two great grandchildren.
