Joan Diane Straley Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2022, at the age of 86, Joan Diane Straley of Alpena, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Lewis Rosbeck; her husband Richard Straley; her son Jere; her siblings, Gary, Donald Rosbeck and Bonnie Rosbeck; and her daughter-in-law Shawn O'Donnell-Straley.

She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Janet), Rick (Jennifer), Jim (Cindy), Steve (Christie Jacobs) and Leonard Richards (Lisa); her sister Peggy Szatkowski (George); and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Buchinger (Tyler), Jonathan Straley (Hope), Kate Szydlowski (Adam), Jacob Straley (Jillian), Amelia Straley (Matt), Benjamin Straley, Alyssa LaVergne (Brock), Heather Senske (Lance), Samantha Straley (Justin), Morgan Hale (Ryley), Nick Richards and Justin Richards (Tip). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
