She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Gapske and Emma Gapske (Buckholtz); and her siblings, Marie Gapske, Gerald, Bernard, Edward, Elroy, Eugene, Donald Gapske, Henrietta Kuhlman, Dorothy Anderson and Maria Gapske.
She is survived by: her sister Joyce Nowland; her stepdaughter Linda of Arizona; her niece Carol Nowland; and her great-niece Stephanie Nowland of Alpena. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
