He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Westenbarger and Ruby Westenbarger (Dorman). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ingalls; his children, James Scott Westenbarger (Wendy), Jennifer Lynne Casler (Bryon) and John Gordon Westenbarger (Betty); his grandchildren, Tyler Westenbarger, Brooke Westenbarger, Joshua Carriveau (Meghan), Janay Bellas (Micah), Josie Carriveau, John Westenbarger and Brendan Westenbarger (Deanna); and his brother Robert Westenbarger (Deidra). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
