He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kuchnicki and Jane Kuchnicki (Stosick); his son-in-law Thomas Mudry; his granddaughter Chelsea Wagner; and his siblings, Jeanette Sydlowski, Carl Kuchnicki and Carla Potter.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Piaskowski; his daughters, Mary Kuehl (Paul), Carleen Wagner, Kathleen Mudry and Marcie Shaughnessy (Geoff); his grandchildren, Andrew Kuehl (Emma), Matthew Kuehl, Sarah Shaughnessy, Anna Mudry and Alec Mudry; his great grandchild Jaxton Sharp; his brother Mark Kuchnicki; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Kuchnicki.
