He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Milligan and Mildred Milligan (Bromund); his son Daniel James; his sister Judy Elliott; and his sister-in-law Barb Buck.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Green; his children, Nadine Donajkowski (Joe) of Roanoke, IN, John Milligan (Jaime) of Alpena and Kathleen Dant (Trey) of Alpena; his grandchildren, Joseph, Mason, Emma, Isaiah, Cole and Colin; and his siblings, Gary Buck of Alpena and Debbie Milligan of Alpena.
