James Byers Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Byers of Alpena, Michigan, who passed away on June 24, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Byers and Flossie Byers (Johnson); his wife Esther Hund; his brothers, Ronald Byers and Gerald Byers; his stepdaughter Kelly Keinath; and his granddaughter Shelley Dziesinski.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Daleski and Kathy Prevo; his stepchildren, Maureen Sowden (Ray), Colleen Metiva (Dru), Shelly Hall (Dale) and Sherry Crowell (Mike); and his siblings, Marjorie McKenzie, Patricia Orban, Larry "Tony" Byers (Margie), Ken Byers (Mary), Bonnie Black (Paul), William Byers (Gayle) and Lori Gagnon (Wayne). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
