He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Perry and Polly Perry (Copley); his brothers, Zeph Maynard and Jack Wolford; his grandson Jeromy Johnson; and his sons-in-law, Todd Fisher, Daniel Grant and Freddie Johnson.

He is survived by: his significant other Darlene Conrad; his daughters, Cheryl Zbytowski (John), Debbie Seese (Butch), Tamira Perry-Fisher and Elizabeth Glomski (Tom); his grandchildren, Stacey, Jason, Joshua, Nicole, Jessica, Michael, Chris and Danielle; and his great grandchildren, Tylor, Jasmine, Evan, Morgan, Seth and JC.
