He is survived by: his children, Chad Anderson, Bambi Meoak (Sam), Ashley Johnson (Michael), Tony LaFave (Amber Cline), Howard LaFave and Odessa LaFave; his fiancée Connie DeCare; and his siblings, Susan Smith (Gerald), Cheryl Fensamaker, Pam Boyan (Tony), Rick LaFave, JoAnn Howay and Timberly Daust (Bryan). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter.
