He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry II and Dagmara Wilson, II (Tarnow); and his in-laws, Martin and Della Stamm. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Jeff Wilson (Paula Werth) and Stephanie Piper (Ken) of Alpena; his grandsons, Adam and Trevor Florip; and his siblings, Doreen McDonald (Joseph) of Las Vegas, NV and Greg Wilson (Patty Knapp) of Freemont, CA..

Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Bannan Funeral Home (222 S 2nd Ave, Alpena, MI 49707). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Of All Saints Parish (817 Sable St, Alpena, MI 49707).

Interment: Holy Cross Cemetery, Memorials may be made to All Saints Parish.
