He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Bill Barnard (Wendy) of Alpena, MI, Lori Brilinski of Alpena, MI, Dawn Sullivan (Patrick) of Ozark, MO and Tom Barnard (Beth) of Muscle Shoal, AL; his grandchildren, Kara, Sara, Emma, Drew, Lucy, Gwen and Lily; and his great grandchild Matilda. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
