He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hansen and Olga Hansen (Nielsen); and his siblings, Alice Hansen, Margaret Weinshank, Norma Gilbertson, Signa DeMay, Henry Hansen and Frank Hansen.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Timm; and his sons, James Hansen (Laurie) and David "Chuck" Hansen.
