It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria McEwen of Alpena, Michigan, born in Cheboygan, Michigan, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Herring and June Herring (Reynolds); her husband Danny McEwen; and her son Donald. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Allocco, Thomas Nestell, Harry Nestell (Jenny), Kevin McEwen (Tammy) and Rusty McEwen (Jessica); and her brothers, John Herring (Peg), Richard Herring (Laura) and Rocky Herring. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
