He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Girard. He is survived by: his wife Sally Smolinski; his children, Brian Girard (Alessandra), Kyle Girard and Maryssa Girard; his grandchild Kacey; his stepchildren, Roseann Wagner (David) and Phillip Montie II (Jessica); his stepgrandchildren, Brandy Padd and Dustin Padd; and his brothers, Jeff Girard (Linda Hopkins) and Jamie Girard (Kelly).
