He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Tulgetske and Helen Ellenberger; and his brother Mitchell Tulgetske. He is survived by: his wife Andrea Tulgetske; his son Chris Tulgetske (Aaliyah); his stepdaughter Ashley Simonye; his grandson Jaxon Tulgetske; his siblings, Carrie Collins (Gary), Bobbi Sue Tulgetske, Jennifer Tulgetske and David Tulgetske; his niece Megan Collins (Chris); and his nephew Keagon Collins.
