He is survived by: his wife Wilma Nichols; his children, Constance Rubio, David Rubio, Kevin Rubio (Lisa), Shannon Wicklund (Chris) and Shawn Rubio; his grandchildren, Matthew, Meghan, Hayden, Cody, Kevin, Katie, Eleazar, Cameron, Meleah, Courtney and Christian; and his siblings, Charles Rubio and Marie Dominguez. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
