He was predeceased by: his parents, Kyle Turner and Kathryn Turner (Fraser); his wife Georgia Maddox; and his siblings, David Turner, Peggy Burke and Richard Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Dawn Felosak (Michael), Patrick Turner (Marcy) and Christine Glusac (David); and his sister Mary Agnes Rarick. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandchildren.
