He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Colby; and his siblings, Eunice Colby, Helen Greene (Robert), Warren Colby (Marilyn) and James Colby.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Carolyn Colby; his nieces and nephews, Thomas Colby (Lisa), Larry Colby, Mary Hale, Linda Colby (Foss Tyghe), Barbara Greene, Bob Greene and Meredith Smith; and his close friends, Jackie and David Leavesley. He is also survived by his 7 nieces & nephews as the uncle.
