Esther Elizabeth Male Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Esther Elizabeth Male (Alpena, Michigan), who passed away on January 30, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Neumann and Esther Neumann (Werner); her husband Howard Male; her son Thomas A. Male; and her siblings, Ernestine Mausolf, Ruth Withun, Elsie Hibner, Edith Scott, James Neumann and Mable Mausolf.

She is survived by: her children, Glenn Male (Rita) of Alpena, Michael Male (Sue) of Rome, John Male (Donna) of Alpena, Frederick Male (Darlene) of Alpena, Beverly Male of Alpena, Lori Male of Texas, Nancy Lambert of Texas and Lee Male (Rebecca) of Florida; her daughter-in-law Christine Male; her brother William Neumann of Alpena; her grandchildren, Tom Jr., Leslie, Billy, Glenn Jr., Grant, Michael Jr., Shannon (Phil), John Jr. (Anna), Brian, Frederick Jr. (Kelly), Alisa, Dustin, Lt. Colonel Jane M., Selena, Elizabeth (Jonathon), Lee Jr. (Tara), Samantha (Kellen) and Katherine (Michael); her great grandchildren, Thomas, Brook, Grace, Jacob, John Jr., Garrett, Megan, Ethan, Tanner, Jackson, Landon, Evan, Riley, Colton, Mason, Aiden, Bailee, RyAnna, Roxanne, Isadel, Genivieve, Carolyn and Chloe; and her great great grandchild Addison Owens Male.
