She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Piaskowski and Leocadia Piaskowski (Pilarski); her husband James Kuchnicki; her son-in-law Thomas Mudry; her granddaughter Chelsea Wagner; her siblings, Mayvine Kamysiak and Ronald Piaskowski; and her niece Karen Szymanski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Kuehl (Paul), Carleen Wagner, Kathleen Mudry and Marcie Shaughnessy (Geoff); her grandchildren, Andrew Kuehl (Emma), Matthew Kuehl, Sarah Shaughnessy, Anna Mudry and Alec Mudry; her great grandchildren, Charlotte Kuehl and Jaxton Sharp; her sister-in-law Phyllis Kuchnicki; and her friends, Reggie, Jack, Julie, Tim, Tammy, Mike and Beth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
