She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Ackley and Ethel Ackley (Young); her husband Ron Brown; her son Ron Brown Jr.; and her brothers-in-law, Gary Bates and Bob Elkins.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Brown (Pam) of New York and Wilma Brown of Alpena; her siblings, Roy (Vi) of Georgia, Wilma Josephine (Billie Jo) of Alpena, Linda Sue of Alpena and Walled Lake; and her grandchildren, Brian, Benjamin, Sarah, Broderick, Blake, Amber and Larry II. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (504 W Washington Ave, Alpena, MI 49707). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
