It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald A. Dziesinski of Alpena, Michigan, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Dziesinski and Anna Dziesinski (Chalupniczak); his siblings, Steven Dziesinski and Marianne Schilstra; his brother-in-law Rick Frantz; and his mother-in-law Mary Pawelek.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Pawelek; his children, Sandra McCallum (Craig), Denise Kowalsky (Ken), Kurt Dziesinski (Julie), Kevin Dziesinski, Melanie Marshall (Bob), Jesse Kowalski and Aaron Kowalski; his grandchildren, Joseph Krawczak (Katie), Marrah Witt (Xavier), Madilyn Spigelmyre, Alissa Spigelmyre, Tommick Kowalski, Jackson Kowalski, Krista Dziesinski, Jeremey Dziesinski, Josh Dubie, Travis Kowalsky and Jared Kowalsky; his brothers, Lawrence Dziesinski (Janet), Stanley Dziesinski (Carol), Theodore Dziesinski (Tricia) and Randy Dziesinski; his brother-in-law Don Schilstra; his sisters, Diane Spicer (Richard), Eileen Frantz and Barbara Dziesinski; and his parents-in-law, Kenny Pawelek (Janice), Chris Pawelek (Jessica) and Annette Koss. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Interment: Holy Cross Cemetery, In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or Gift of Life in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
