He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Pahlkotter and Carole Pahlkotter (LaLonde); and his brother-in-law Dave Amlotte. He is survived by: his sisters, Cheryl Amlotte, Annette Simpson (Rod Theriac), Michelle Anderson and LeVon Pahlkotter (Jennifer Valincia). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
