She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Samp and Lois Samp (Means); and her brothers, Charlie Samp and John Cuddie. She is survived by: her close friend Edward Timmrick; her daughters, Rae Lynn Phillips and Sarah Nunez (John); her grandchildren, Justin Lindle, Tayla Lindle, Jacob Lindle and Joshua Lindle; and her siblings, Barbra Graham (Russ), Lee Daleski, Paula Wickham (Gary), Joseph Samp, Vonnie Niedzwiecki (Pat), Karen Cuddie, Gary Cuddie and Billy Cuddie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
