He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Couillard and Anna Couillard (Lipski). He is survived by: his wife Marylyn Snyder; his children, Diana Stepanski, Barbara Pelleran, Mary Setcoski (Gary), Patti Morey, June Snyder and David Couillard II; and his siblings, Joann Montie and Daniel Couillard. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
