He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo and Aurelia; and his siblings, Raymond and Betty Johnson (Clayton). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kasubowski; his daughters, Janice Grochowski III (Tony), Anne Buchanan, Valerie Alexander and Jacqueline Sharpe (Walter); his grandchildren, Tony Grochowski IV (Patti), Justin Grochowski, Jason Grochowski (Christy), Kyle Grochowski, Tyler Buchanan (Stephanie), Hannah Buchanan, Jordon Alexander (Emily), Sarah Diemer (Mike) and Holli Maurer; and his great grandchildren, Dominic, Makayla, Tori, Kiara, Anthony V, Chris, Isabelle, Hunter, Skylar, Connor, Ethan, Jaxson, Destiney, Haiden, Violet, Carley, Madeline, Tyler, Cleta, Wesley and Warren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
