He is survived by: his wife Kelly Pashley; and his siblings, Jeff Mindykowski, Kurt Mindykowski (Wendy), Tammy Cabala (Mark), Clinton "Bo" Bradish, Joe Mindykowski (Melissa Mousseau) and Amber Bradish. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
