He is survived by: his children, Sandra McLennan (Larry) of Alpena, Kenneth Modrzynski of Presque Isle and Duane Modrzynski (Stefanie Green) of Gaylord; his grandchildren, Sarah McLennan, Scott McLennan (Melinda), Amber Maxwell (Peter), Kyle Modrzynski, Elizabeth Bechaz (Cody) and Noah Modrzynski; his great grandchildren, Meera McLennan, Layla Bechaz, Quinn Bechaz and Grace Maxwell; his siblings, James Modrzynski (Linda), Genevieve Gierak (Frank), Patricia Malkowski (Bernard), Joyce Klee (Ronald), Gladys Kuznicki (Ronald) and Charlene Leen (Patrick); and his siblings-in-law, Daniel Zielaskowski and Caroline Modrzynski.
