He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Dubey and June Dubey; and his siblings, Dennis Dubey and Doris Stepanski. He is survived by: his children, Susan Smith (Mike), Dwayne Dubey and Jackie Oliver; his siblings, Janet Brookbank, Debbie Piper (Jim), Wayne and Dick Dubey; and his close friend JoAnn. He is also survived by grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
