With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarence Allen Jr. of Alpena, Michigan, who passed away on February 12, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence J. "Drop" Allen and Bessie Allen (Anderson); his son Glen; and his brothers, Tommy Allen and Bill Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Laurie Powell; his extended family, Max and Becca; his children, Debbie Davis (Allen) of Springhill, TN, Soni Rupright of Columbiaville, TN, Holly Aikens of Lachine, MI, Amy Allen (Jeff Gaudrault) of Battle Creek, MI, Scott Allen of Alpena, MI and Staci Plunkett (Jack) of Chesterfield, MI.; and his brother Rex J. Allen of Ossineke, MI. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Jake's name may be made to the American Heart Association or the Huron Humane Society.
