It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester Timmreck of Alpena, Michigan, who passed away on January 11, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, August Timmreck and Martha Timmreck (Skierski); and his siblings, Joseph Timmreck, Raymond Timmreck, Jean Ristau, Verna Kaiser, Dorothy Kaiser and Ann Thibault.
He is survived by: his children, Shelly Wysocki (Jeff), Terri Haken (Dale), Todd Timmreck (Melissa) and Melanie Grochowski (Chris); his grandchildren, Brian Wysocki, Jeremy Wysocki (Courtney), Ashley Timmreck-Walker (Ryan), Nicholas Timmreck, Madison Timmreck and Paige Timmreck; his wife Delores Donajkowski; and his siblings, Phillip Timmreck (Donna), Alice Roy and June Smolinski.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Of All Saints Parish (817 Sable St, Alpena, MI 49707). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the VFW Alpena Post 2496.
