It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Kotwicki of Alpena, Michigan, who passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Joseph and Virginia J Neubert; and her brothers, Michael Neubert (Dawn) and Gregory Paul Neubert (Mary). She is survived by: her husband Gerald Thomas Kotwicki; her children, Stephen Gerald Kotwicki of Portage and Stacey Ann Phillips (Richard); and her grandsons, Richard Brunson Phillips, Jr. and Nathaniel Thomas Phillips of Montgomery. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
