She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Werth and Florence Werth (Dietz); her husband Leonard; and her siblings, Ferris Werth and Joyce Werth.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Frary-Dybas (late Stephen), Arthur, Ralph and Roger Johnsen (Trayse); her grandsons, Aaron (Clarissa) and Donovan Johnsen; her great grandchildren, Xochitl, Bayani and Anastacia Johnsen; and her siblings, Lee Werth (Ann) and Margie Haaxma (Kurt). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Family Heritage Baptist Church, or a place of one's own choosing.
