He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Mills and Vina Mills (Prevo); his siblings, Cecelia Rouleau, Irving Allain, Dorothy Scott, Louis Allain and Otis Mills; and his brothers-in-law, Terry Matthes and Clyde Monette.
He is survived by: his siblings, Phyllis Monette, Arnie Mills (Sandy), Gene Mills (Marius), Jane Matthes and Alan John Mills (Kathie); and his sisters-in-law, Claire Allain and Antionette Allain.
