She was predeceased by: her husband Arlin Minton. She is survived by: her children, Hope, Austin and Heather; her parents, Connie Shields and Gordon Shields; her siblings, Tanya Kosloski (Steven), Shane Fitzpatrick, Ashley Compton (Jimmy) and Eric Shields (Jessie Howard); and her close friend Kim LaFave. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
