He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Ackerman; his children, Angela Ackerman of Saginaw, MI, Chad Ackerman of Springfield, MO and Roxanne Ackerman of Hubbard Lake, MI.; his siblings, Leslie Ackerman of Ocala, FL, Evelyn Ackerman of Midland, TX and Loretta Lockwood (Terry) of Saginaw, MI; and his grandchildren, Jasper, Kelvin, Skyler, Ethan, Emily and Elivea.
Viewing was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (504 W Washington Ave, Alpena, MI 49707). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
