He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughter Kelly Miller (Curt); his stepchildren, Vickie Kolanowski (Mike), Lance Monroe (Terry) and Wendy Beebe (Brett); and his cousin Gail Freeman. He is also survived by several grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
