With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alex Jon Hoppe of Alpena, Michigan, who passed away on February 21, 2022 at the age of 18. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alice Hoppe, Myron and Rose Marie Palevich; his uncle Charles Hoppe; and his cousin Kyle Bright.

He is survived by: his parents, Robert Hoppe and Julie Hoppe (Palevich); his siblings, Chelsea Marsh, Sean Marsh (Kristen), Dan Marsh (Meghan), Ben Hoppe (Jenny) and Jerred Hoppe (Megan); his nieces and nephews, Mackenzi, Kason, Ryelle Marsh, Ryan, Nora Marsh, Cody, Eva Hoppe, Jason and Violet Hoppe; his grandfather Henry Hoppe; his aunts, Mari Andor (Ron), Sue McKay (Bill), Cathy Pierce (Denny) and Carol Hanfland (Doug); and his uncle Michael Palevich (Michele).
