She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Fredrick and Amy Winifred Sass (Malin); her son Duane Asher; her son-in-law Norman Smith; and her brothers, Roy, Daniel and Bill.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas G. Asher; and her children, Marian Smith of Manistee, David Asher (Jeannie) of Croswell and Gordon Asher (Cynthia) of Spring Grove, IL. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
