We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2024, at the age of 82, Sue Ellen Leonard of Alma, Michigan, born in Breckenridge, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Walburn and Della Walburn (Thurlow); her husband Herm; her son Jerry; and her sister Kay.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Leonard of St. Louis, Carol Keough (Terry) of Dade City, FL, Jan Leonard (Steve) of Shepherd, Cindy Bowman (Bob) of Dearborn Heights, James Traweek of Weatherford, TX, Angie Woodbury of Mt. Pleasant and Jeff Leonard (DeaAnn) of Plano, TX.; and her grandchildren, Leslie, Andrea, Alison, Casey, Gerry, Tim, Noelle, Cori, Jason, Rebekah, Justin, Andrew, Amanda and Joshua. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Honoring Sue's life of service, in lieu of flowers, we ask that you perform acts of kindness in service to others. Donations to the Baby Pantry, Commission on Aging, Office of Human Services, Community Cabinet (Food Pantry), Youth for Christ, and Alma Church of God are also welcome in memory of Sue.
