He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanford John Sr. and Marjorie Rosalie Adams (Rogers); his wife Teresa Ann Pennington; and his siblings, Nancy Dempsey (Jay), James Beach and Albert Adams.
He is survived by: his children, John Adams (Jaime) of Midland, MI and Melissa Adams of Alma, MI; his grandchildren, Chelsie Bessemer (Devon), Katelyn Adams (Tye Noah), Nicholas Adams, Jayden Adams (CJ Brown) and Isaac Hale; his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Walter; and his siblings, Deborah Bradshaw, Denise Wade (Michael), David Adams and Alan Adams.
