He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell James Otto, Sr. and Martha Fenton (Linda Otto); and his siblings, Leo and Elizabeth. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Rogers of Alma, Bryon Rogers, Darlene Johnson (Bart Geiling) of Riverdale, Eric Otto (Jan) of Richmond, TX, Chad Otto (Rachael) of St. Louis, Branden Otto of Alma and Nicole Welch (Dustin) of Vestaburg; his grandchildren, Andrew Rogers (Tasha), Jake Rogers (Heather), Arika Rought (Adam), Kang Johnson (Alyssa), Sasha Johnson (Adam Mercado), Sitera Pyman (Donald), Kayla Jakubowski (Jason Groch), John Roberson and Noah Welch; his great grandchildren, Dakota, Clark, Akira, Akari, Kali, Torin, Roman, Gage, Alex, Matilda, Maddex, Ilayna, Inkeri, Lexingtyn and Sutton; and his siblings, Jim Fenton, Diana Anderson, Tom Thayer and Elmer Otto. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
