He is survived by: his wife Carol Fox; his children, Diana Downing (Daniel) and Roger Western (Carling Lombard); his grandsons, Conner Downing and Mason Downing; and his brother Harry Western (Luella). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
