Rita Bigelow Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2019, at the age of 94, Rita Bigelow (Alma, Michigan), born in Onaway, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rita Bigelow to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen McDonald and Esther May McDonald (McGillis); her husband Jake Bigelow; her son David "Mike" Bigelow; her son-in-law Bill Stewart; her grandson Kenneth Darmody; and her siblings, Mary Lou Terwilliger, Georgiana Cole and Glen McDonald.

She is survived by: her children, Gerald Bigelow, Jr. (Shirley) of Ithaca, Dennis Bigelow (Cathy) of Elwell, Kim Bigelow (Barb) of Wheeler, Suzanne Acton (John) of Breckenridge, Valerie Richards (Bruce) of Burton, Mary Ellen Ainley (Keith) of Melvindale and Laura Clark (Brent) of Alma; her daughter-in-law Donna Bigelow of Harrison; and her siblings, Esther Cornwell and Warren "Manley" McDonald of Alma. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; many great and great-great-grandchildren.
