He was predeceased by: his parents, William Butcher and Myrtle Butcher (Blowers); and his siblings, Jack, Rocky Butcher and Wilma Tesser.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Jim Butcher (Janelle) and Michelle Cicerello (Dewey McAllister); his siblings, Garry Butcher (Nancy), Larry Butcher (Marilyn) and Jeanette Studebaker (Gary); his granddaughter Jessica Concepcion; and his stepgrandchildren, Jeff Savin and Cheryl Booth. He is also survived by 7 step great-grandchildren; 9 step great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In leu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the Ithaca Seventh-day Adventist food pantry.
