She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Sherbahn and Lola Mae Sherbahn (Forbes); her husband Milo W. Midlam; her children, Gary Midlam and Joanne Hodge (Mike); and her sisters, Geneva, Clara and Ethel.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Midlam (Nancy) and Luanne Carr (Thomas); and her daughter-in-law Linda Midlam. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
