She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack McCormick and Genevieve McCormick (Kelly); and her husband Chuck Janesak. She is survived by: her children, Jason D. McCormick and Jerad K. Janesak; her grandchildren, Brison Doolittle, Tehya Anguiano, Vanessa Franco and Jayson Anguiano; her great grandchildren, Isidro and Giovani Franco; and her siblings, Jack McCormick (Tina), Deanna Peckinpaugh (Vic), Deb Blandford (Lane) and Terri Terwilliger.
