She was predeceased by: her mother Mable Bailey (Sanderson); her stepfather Sidney McLouth; her son-in-law Bryan Wing; her great grandchild Jarrett Wing; her brothers, Bernard Schick, Robert Schick and Thomas Shaw; and her siblings-in-law, Paul Welch, Larry Welch, Darwin Welch, Leo Oberlin, Randy Keeney and Nellie Schick.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Welch; her daughters, Penny O'Boyle (Kim), Pamela Hubbard (Zane), Patricia LaPaugh (Rodney) and Peggy Schuette (Doug); her grandchildren, Carrie Juhas (Brian), Isreal O'Boyle (Shari), Wendy Schneider (Kurt), Shawn Wing (Allison), Jennifer Wing, Matthew Wing (Katie), Desaray Brookins (Rick), Clark Hubbard (Tabitha), Jessica Lemert (Eric), Chelsey McGrath (Glenn), Kyle VanDePerre (Amber), Michael Schuette (Kara), Garrett VanDePerre and Ashley Schuette; and her siblings-in-law, Allen Welch, Barbara Schick, Judy Shaw, Jeanne Welch, Adele Szedlack (Patrick) and Noreen Welch. She is also survived by 28 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lux-Moody-Wolfel Funeral Home (531 N State St, Alma, MI 48801). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at 7400 N Begole Rd, Alma, MI 48801.
