She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Short and Mildred Short (Erway); her brother-in-law Steve Fitak; and her niece Jennifer Fitak. She is survived by: her husband Herman Montoy; her sons, Michael Montoy (Kim) and Jeffery Montoy (Brenda); her grandsons, Jacob and Jeremy Montoy; her sister Anne Fitak; her niece Christine Fitak; and her nephew Larry Fitak.
